People won't try to understand completely things they don't like. Hence, is the problem.
It's like saying, "Nope, mine is the only of seeing things. Only way. Yours are invalid, you are wrong. Since I know I'm right, why waste my time learning your wrongful way?"
Which is why the conundrum won't ever be resolved, ever. Since the hate will only keep piling on without giving anything else some room.
